6th Generation Ranching Legacy

Our cattle operation has been in our family for over 150 years in Central Texas.  It is this connection to our land, our cattle and our environment that makes our beef so important to us.

Our ranch raises and harvests Angus and Akaushi (red Wagyu) cattle.  We focus heavily on our genetic selection and only use cattle we know to have proven carcass and production value.  This is half the work it takes to ensure an excellent product.

 

We take pride in the quality of the meat we produce.  The cattle we raise and acquire are required to meet strict guidlines that ensures we keep antibiotics, hormones and other harmful additives out of your food.  We raise our cattle on native pasture and then supplement them on Texas raised grains for up to 240 days before harvesting.  This process enhances marbling, tenderness and taste, creating the best beef possible.

Whether Angus, or Wagyu beef, we guarantee our client a prime or choice grade product.  Our beef is professionally harvested, aged for 14 days and USDA inspected so you know you have the highest quality, safest product for your family.
